We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the suburbs of Milan, and we were extremely impressed with our experience. The location of this place was perfect for us, as it allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions such as Lake Como and Lake Maggiore. There were also plenty of restaurants and stores in the towns nearby, which made our stay even more convenient.

Staff very friendly, room always spotless and comfortable. value for money very good.

Trying to use TV, Sky is availably but takes a bitof work to use it.

I had a great stay, very comfortable room. Free internet is a plus and the gourmet restaurant is very good and very reasonably priced.

At the check out 8.30 in the morning there was only one person and a long queue. When you have to go to a business meeting or to an exhibition, it is not acceptable.

I recently stayed at Poli Hotel for a quick overnight trip. The hotel was only about 30 minutes from Malpensa airport, which was why I chose it. The value for money was great, with two restaurants and free underground parking. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and quiet. I was pleased to find a small fridge in the room and the breakfast had a good variety and was well presented. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.

I recommend this hotel.

Excellent location for the purpose of my trip. Free garage. Decent breakfast. Upgraded to a suite, though I exect that all the rooms(and beds/pillows) are equally comfortable.

Architect-designed room lighting means large parts of rooms are poorly lit. Lack of space in restaurant meant dinner was served in the bar.

The hotel offered spacious rooms and a clean environment, which was a major plus during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service throughout my visit.- The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to a supermarket and a few restaurants within a short walking distance.

The bathroom in the room was slightly outdated and could use some renovations. The internet connection in the hotel was quite poor, making it difficult to connect my devices.

Free internet connection, free parking (private garage). Very large and confortable room with nice bathroom. Wonderful breakfast (a cook available to cook scrambled eggs) with a huge variety of good to choose from.

This is one of my favorite hotels. It is difficult to give suggestions for improvement. Probably american coffee served in a larger pot could help.

Only thing I was disappointed was dinner - I have ordered Argentinian steak (tagliata) but it was like chewing gum, small portion and very expensive. Next time I must order local dish...

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the outskirts of Milan. My room was spacious and immaculately clean. The highlight of my stay was the helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. They even surprised me with a small gift at the bar. The hotel had great food options and a cozy bar to unwind. It was conveniently located near Malpensa airport, making it easy for me to catch my flight. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Milan.

The king room is nicely furnished and has a mini-bar, satellite television and climate control. Thanks to the staff for being very-very nice and providing us with an excellent service: D

The way I was welcomed, the room which was very clean, the bathtuub in the bathroom. The bed was really huge and confortable. Breakfast was nice and rich.

The only very minor thing was the lady at check out. Nothing wrong but her kindness did not look spontaneous. Only a matter of feeling, she was anyway impeccable and professional.
